Nicola Roberts finds song writing 'simple'

    (ANI)

Nicola Roberts has revealed that she faces no difficulty while writing lyrics for her songs.

The Girls Aloud star insists that she doesn't have any difficulty in writing her own material as she simply draws on her feelings and past experiences.

"It's as simple as writing a song about a situation you've been through. And the things you haven't experienced? You imagine how it would feel," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

"We've all got friends and family members who have got life experiences and we remember how they dealt with those situations," she said.

The 26-year-old singer has loved singing since she was a child and her frequent public performances saw her getting nicknamed 'Cilla Black' by her family in homage to the 'Anyone Who Had a Heart' hitmaker. (ANI)
