Nuclear talks in Moscow said to be going well

US and Russian negotiations for a strategic arms reduction treaty are said to be going well, with foreign policy chiefs from both countries meeting in Moscow.
The talks between visiting US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov have essentially been called to reset bilateral relations which have recently turned sour.
At a Moscow news conference, Foreign Minister Lavrov praised US and Russian arms negotiators for reaching the end stages of the final stretch toward a new bilateral nuclear arms agreement.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also said progress in Geneva had lead both sides to believe agreement would be reached soon.
On Iran's nuclear program, Sergei Lavrov said Russia and the United States share a common strategic goal to not permit any violation of the nuclear non-proliferation regime.
Secretary Clinton noted that while Iran is entitled to a civilian nuclear power program, it could only pursue it if Tehran were to assure the world it is for peaceful purposes.
She thanked Lavrov for Russian cooperation with respect to Afghanistan, noting that a transit agreement between the presidents of both countries has resulted in flights across Russian territories to ferry soldiers, equipment and food.

Cuba notes 50th anniversary of U.S. declaration of unilateral war
HAVANA, March17.âIn the face of another hostile media campaign directed by Washington, Cuba recalls today the 50th anniversary of former U.S. President Dwight Eisenhowerâs executive order approving covert and terrorist action against the island.
Called the Program of Covert Action against the Castro Regime, the document signed by Eisenhower gave the official green light to all kinds of illegal operations aimed at overthrowing the revolutionary government.
In violation of all international standards regulating relations between governments and peoples, instructions were given to create a CIA front organization made up of the remnants of the Batista dictatorship in exile in the United States.
In parallel, the entire U.S. military and espionage apparatus was put at the programâs disposition with the immediate objective of organizing a paramilitary force that would secretly enter Cuba to train and lead terrorist groups.
Declassified documents released by the U.S. National Security Archive reveal that the order included an international propaganda offensive and the creation on the island of a clandestine group to provide intelligence information.
Eisenhower issued instructions that the hand of the United States should not be seen in any of those actions and made those present at the signing of the order swear that they had heard nothing of what was said there.
Allen W. Dulles, then director of the CIA, subsequently received the presidentâs order that secret reports related to Cuba should not even be presented to the National Security Council.
A medium wave radio station was set up to broadcast to Cuba via Swan Island, located to the south of Cuba, to support the propaganda aspect of the program.
The executive order was equivalent to a declaration of war on a little country that had not attacked the United States, and Eisenhower himself acknowledged in his memoirs what happened next.
'On March 17, 1960 I ordered the Central Intelligence Agency to begin organizing the training of Cuban exiles in Guatemala⦠Another idea was to set up an anti-Castro force inside Cuba. Some thought the United States should quarantine (i.e., blockade) the island, arguing that if the economy suddenly collapsed, the Cuban people themselves would overthrow Castro,' he wrote.
The result of that direct aggression against Cuba was quickly felt with a huge increase in terrorist attacks, the killing of campesinos by armed bands in the islandâs central mountains, and the defeated Bay of Pigs invasion.
War had been unilaterally declared. Decades later, that attempt to destroy the Cuban Revolution is still latent within the government of the United States. (PL)

| Wow, China is drawing at all cost high-tech research from the US.
A few weeks ago, Western *high-tech* companies like Bayer were talking about coming to China to quickly produce and push GMO
seeds and GMO food for *agricultural sustainable development (sustainable means killing off the farmer suckers). And then came
the announcement from Bayer and Sanofi-Aventis of bringing *health care* to improve the lives of farmers, migrant workers, and
the general population. Health care means to deliver a slow but certain killing to these suckers through vaccinations of more lethal
virus.
And now, Applied Materials and NatCore Technology are coming to China. Everybody, please applaud and thank them for coming.
Applied Materials claims that it will be coming to manufacture equipment used to make semiconductors, solar panels, and flat panels.
NatCore Technology also claims that it will be coming to manufacture solar panels.
Well, they are coming not only for what they claimed. They did not tell you that they are among the major players of nanotechnology
and nano particles which will be used to silently and slowly kill the general population with a push of a button activating the signals
from the VLF towers or from the satellites above. They will be passing the nano particles (quietly, secretly, and out of sight) to
the Chinese industrial food processors as one of the raw materials for mass production of food products containing nano particles.
Oh, it is tiresome to see again and again how the public is so dumb.
Next time, when Western, Japanese, South Korean, Indian companies (not an exclusive list) come to China to *invest* you better get
up and watch out for their too-good-to-be-true intentions. When their plans have something to do with bio-technology, health care,
nano-technology, green technology, purchasing of state bank stocks by local private or foreign private banks, and so on you should be
raising your eyebrows. The wolves are coming. |

| Russia, listen up!
We were and are not invited to the negotiation table where discussions of arms reduction issues are being carried out. So we could not share it with you.
We wanted to tell you this but we waited until now which is spring because we think it is the most appropriate time. You will understand what do we mean by *appropriate* shortly. Maybe key Russian military personnel already know what we are about to share but we don’t believe so.
The US military and NATO have a TESLA high-energy beam weapon also known as the mega high-energy atmospheric incinerator known as the HAARP facility similar to the powerful ones in Fairbanks and Gakona (both in Alaska) in TROMSO, NORWAY (right next to your backyard)! We knew that the missile shield was there for a while now whether you knew it or not.
So the weapon to FRY your satellites as well as your ballistic missiles is right next to your backyard. This weapon is also capable of messing up (such as shifting it up and down or shifting left and right) the earth’s magnetic field thus fooling the ballistic missiles' navigation systems to miss the targets. That was why your BULAVA ballistic missile test carried out late last year (December 8, 2009) FAILED!
The weapon can do so many things but we don’t have the time to cover them all. But we can tell you that it can also be used to create earthquakes in your territory with the assistance of US and/or NATO satellites. It can modify the weather to make adverse weather conditions making your combat troop movements impossible. It can also be used to shift the higher atmosphere UP or DOWN to increase atmospheric drag making your jet fighters, bombers, ballistic missiles SELF-DESTRUCT. It can also be used to shift the JET STREAM to shift up or down to create abnormal prolonged cold weather periods to kill your soldiers and your people. It is beyond doubt that the HAARP facility in Tromso, Norway played its role in producing the prolonged abnormal cold weather conditions we all experienced this passing winter which killed thousands of civilians, farmers, livestocks in China as well as killed almost one thousand of the poor and homeless people in Europe.
We hope we can join you in any mission to blow up the Tromso Norway HAARP facility as well as the other HAARP facilities in other parts of the world. Hopefully, this passing harsh winter will be the last winter the ENEMY can play God making the lives of hundreds of millions of people miserable.
One measure you need to take now is to make sure you don’t see MYSTERIOUS CHEMTRAIL PLANES POSING AS COMMERCIAL PLANES FLYING OVER YOUR SKIES SPRAYING ATMOSPHERIC CONDUCTING CHEMICALS LIKE THOSE OF THE BARIUM DERIVATIVES AND WEATHER MODIFICATION CHEMICALS LIKE BORAX, BORIC ACID, ALUMINUM SULPHATE FLAKES/POWDER/GRANULAR, AND AMMONIUM CHLORIDE.
So you may want to consider PREEMPTIVELY NUKING TROMSO, NORWAY or ask them to destroy it if they want peace before any major war breaks out in the future. Or else they could turn on the shield in Tromso, Norway when you fire all your ballistic missiles depleting your arsenals and then turn off the shield and fire their Patriot nuclear ballistic missiles toward Moscow and other parts of Russia from Poland or any other NATO/EU country.
We also suspect that the UK may also have a HAARP facility somewhere in the North Sea area. |
